You have 2 options for downloading:
#1 – Download everything in a large ‘Zip’ file.
#2 – Download each file individually. (see Option #2 below)

 

Option #1: Zip

*This is a LARGE file – if at all possible avoid downloading to a laptop using a wireless connection. If you have a slower connection or experience problems downloading large Zip files, you might try using a ‘Download Manager’ such as Download Accelerator. Or just download the files individually using Option #2 below.

1. First Create a New Folder (named ‘Runners Yoga’ and on your Desktop is easiest), and then save each file to that Folder using the procedure below. (If you decide to create the Folder somewhere other than your Desktop, make a note so that you can find it again!)

2. For your AUDIO RECORDING, MANUALS and SUPPLEMENTS Zip File Click Here and Save it to your new folder. (Use the detailed directions below if you’re not sure how to Save the file. This will work for all Zip Files.)
Detailed directions: Click the link above, wait for the ‘Save’ dialog box, then click ‘Save’ (don’t click ‘Open’)

Navigate to the new Folder you created on your Desktop, select it, and then click ‘Save’ again.

3. TO ‘UNZIP’ your file after you’ve downloaded it to your computer, open the Folder where you downloaded the files then right click on each Zip File and click ‘Extract’ or ‘Extract All’.

Select a location to extract to (the same folder is easiest), and then click the ‘Extract’ button. All your files will now be ready to open in that folder!

MAC users:
the process is the same (the images are different).

Option #2: Individual Files

1. First Create a New Folder (named ‘Runners Yoga’ and on your Desktop is easiest), and then save each file to that Folder using the procedure below. (If you decide to create the Folder somewhere other than your Desktop, make a note so that you can find it again!)

2. Click on the link and select ‘Save’ or ‘Save As’. (If that doesn’t work, use the button on the right side of your mouse and choose ‘Save Link As’ or ‘Save Target As’. For MACs with a one-button mouse, hold down the Control key when you click the mouse button.)

3. Once you select ‘Save’ or ‘Save As’, a screen will pop up that will ask you where you would like to save your file. Navigate to the ‘Runners Yoga’ Folder you created, click on it, then hit ‘Save’.

Do the same for each file.
