I would
recommend the Runner's Yoga Program to all runners to round out
their fitness training and help prevent injuries. It is an
incredibly efficient and quick routine that is very easy to follow
and works on almost every aspect of fitness - strength, agility,
balance, coordination, and flexibility.
The Runner’s Yoga Program is a great complement to
any training program.
Quite simply, one of the
best workshops I have ever taken. It has
dramatically changed the way I run. I can't recommend it highly
enough.
I find it really easy to follow the CD. It’s a
great way for runners to stretch tight muscles and work on
proprioception and core stability.

year practice with you improved my balance, flexibility, overall
